Awakening a pet requires your character to be at least level 42. In the Teumessian Update, pets can be Awakened, which will further increase their combat abilities. Each level of Evolution provides massive increases to the War Pets base stats, and can offer special perks including increased player attack, boosts to other specific pets, higher Crit Damage, and more. War Pets can also increase their stats through Evolution. By passing these Breakthrough points, War Pets can unlock new skills which they can use in combat. These pills, coming in Green, Blue, Purple, Orange, and Yellow can be found in the world. However, there are certain barriers that each war pet will reach, requiring them to consume Surge Pills to reach the next tier of Surge. Surge Level can be increased by spending Gold. The Surge Level cannot exceed the level of the player’s own level. They can be upgraded in two ways: Surging and Evolution.Ī War Pet’s “Surge Level” has significant impact on their base stats, as well as unlocking higher quality skills.
War Pets each have their own unique stats and progression. When 10 Soulstones are collected for a specific War Pet, that War Pet can be Synthesized, allowing a player to bring them into battle as a supportive ally. Soulstones are specific to a particular War Pet, which will be represented by the picture of the item. Certain difficult levels, especial Boss Levels and Elite Levels, will offer these Soulstones as rewards. Throughout the world, there special materials known as “ Soulstones” that can be looted or earned.
